My work is simple, I paint what I enjoy. If others enjoy the work then im extra satisfied. I'm continually looking to learn and progress. I want to inspire others just as others have inspired me.

Great artist I admire include Jules Bastian-Lepage, Émile Friant, Joaquin Sorolla, and Dagnan-Bouveret. I'm also interested in contemporary painters like Brendan Kelly, Diarmuid Kelley, Andrew Wyeth, and Lucian Freud.

The bulk of work you'll see in the gallery is a collection of studies, and finished works. Painted and drawn from life.

Previously studied at Associates in Art, Gnomon, Los Angeles Academy of Figurative Art, and most recently Florence Academy of Art, Florence, Italy. I enjoy traveling and the unexpected that comes along with it. And look to those life experiences for inspiration.
